Why it mattersQuestions people ask
Is this a full accessibility audit?
No. It reads your homepage HTML and flags the common problems automated tools can spot reliably. Automated checks catch only part of what WCAG covers. A real audit adds keyboard and screen reader testing across every page template, colour contrast in context, and a written report you can keep on file for AODA.
Do you store my website or my email?
We keep the URL and the results so the report link works and so we can improve the checks. If you unlock the full report, we keep your name and email to send it and may follow up once about the results. We never add you to a mailing list or share your details.
Why does it say my consent banner needs checking?
Because the HTML alone can’t prove trackers wait for consent. Many banners show a notice but load Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel straight away. Open your site in a private window, decline, then look for analytics cookies in your browser’s developer tools. If they’re there, the banner isn’t doing its job under Law 25.
My site scored well. Am I compliant?
A good score means the homepage has no obvious problems, which is a solid start. Compliance depends on every page, your forms and documents, how your analytics are configured, and what your business does with the data. Treat the score as a health check, not a certificate.
Can you fix what it finds?
Yes. Most problems the check finds take hours to fix, not weeks: labels, alt text, consent setup, missing pages and outdated plugins. Send the report with a quote request and you’ll get a fixed price, or put the site on a care plan so it stays fixed.
